Reiki Energy Alchemy- Custom

Reiki is a Japanese technique of energy balancing and healing that involves intention and focusing energy through hand placements on your various chakras(energy centers) in your body. Reiki has many researched back benefits such as stress and anxiety reduction, pain relief, relaxation, sense of greater wellbeing among others. 

This package includes 1 reiki infused live meditation session, energetic prep, analysis of chakras, balance of energy centers and follow up/integration to help you upgrade your energy or get you through a time where you need more energetic and emotional support. As well as access to Rachel over Voxer for the following week from 10-4 for energetic consultation. 

During your 60-minute Reiki, Rachel will ask you to lie down or sit in a comfortable position free (or mostly free!) of distractions. She will explain the procedure and how our energy system works in general and discuss your goals or areas of focus. Rachel and you will then set the intention for the session with a meditation/mindfulness moment using breathwork, and sound frequencies(sound bowls, chimes). Afterward, she will start the energy flow. You may feel a sense of relaxation, tingles, heat, nothing at all, or you may fall asleep completely! All reactions are safe and ok. The Reiki energy is still flowing despite the sensations you may perceive.

When the session is complete, you will receive a summary of the session and ways to balance the chakras in general or the specific ones that need extra attention.
